Website and store use
Product information, prices, stock and service availability may change. We try to keep information accurate, but final confirmation may happen through the store team before fulfillment.
Orders and payments
Online payments may be processed through trusted payment providers. An order may remain subject to stock confirmation, tailoring feasibility, pickup scheduling or delivery availability.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup is available from the Rivalaya store. Local delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to stock readiness, tailoring completion, courier availability or customer confirmation.
Tailoring and customization
Tailoring, alteration and customization work depends on measurements, fabric condition, design complexity and fitting requirements. Timelines are estimates until accepted by the store team.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Handcrafted products, boutique items and custom tailoring may have different return or exchange eligibility. Please contact support@rivalaya.com promptly for help with any concern.
Communication
By submitting forms, requesting OTP, booking tailoring or using WhatsApp links, you agree that the store may contact you about your inquiry, order, appointment, invoice or service request.
