Rivalaya grew from Sadhana Jain's humble beginnings, lifelong resilience and belief that meaningful work can begin at any age. After turning 65, she became a founder—bringing together the traditions she values, the warmth of a family-run store and the quiet confidence to start a new chapter.
Her vision is deeply neighbourhood-led: know the people who walk through the door, listen patiently, offer honest guidance and make every visitor feel welcome. For Sadhana, Rivalaya is not simply a place to shop; it is a place where relationships, craftsmanship and everyday acts of care matter.
